In exactly one month will be held the last knockout stages of the Champions League return. Manchester City – Real Madrid, FC Barcelona – Napoli, Juventus – Olympique Lyonnais and Bayern Munich – Chelsea will take place between August 7 and 8.

Matches that will be held in the stadiums of the teams that will host these matches beforehand, as explained by L’Equipe. The French media explains that everything will depend on the draw for Final 8 which will take place on Friday.

Thus a team which will play its quarter final on August 12 will play the eighth finals on August 7 in order to have more recovery time.

Other news, the meetings of Final 8 and of the round of 16 will take place behind closed doors. UEFA wants to take the least risk in order to successfully complete its competition. In addition, strict measures will be applied to teams still engaged for the competition.
