Sevilla signs Nigerian international Striker

Sevilla Women's has signed the Nigerian international striker Uchenna Kanu, known as 'Uche' and that comes from the United States University League, to reinforce the team trained by Argentine Cristian Toro until the end of this season in the First Iberdrola.

After passing medical tests, Uche, born 22 years ago in Abia (Nigeria), has already trained with her new teammates and becomes the first African female Sevilla player, Nervión neighborhood club announced on Tuesday.

The attacker played for nigeria the last World Cup in France, in which Nigeria fell in the quarterfinals against Germany, and has made the jump to European football from the American university league, in which she stood out with the University of Southeastern (Lakeland , Florida) for her scoring ability, with 34 goals last season.
