“The Juventus Football Club announces that due to the current global health emergency, which prevents any sporting activity, it has concluded an agreement with the players and the coach of its first team concerning the remuneration for the rest of the current sports season. The agreement provides for the reduction of fees for an amount equal to the salaries of March, April, May and June 2020. In the coming weeks, individual agreements with members will be finalized, as required by the regulations in force. The economic and financial effects resulting from the agreement reached are positive up to around €90M in the 2019/2020 financial year (…) Juventus would like to thank the players and the staffs”, Says the Turin club, which specifies that in the event of a resumption of the season then discussions will resume to modify this initial agreement.
