Salomon Kalou signs with Botafogo

At 34, Salon Kalou had recently said goodbye to Hertha Berlin, after no less than six years spent in the German capital (53 goals and 16 assists in 173 games). Since then, the Ivorian international (97 caps, 28 goals) has been quick to find a new club to rebound.

Kalou has just signed up with Botafogo. Fifteenth of the last Brazilian championship, the carioca formation confirmed the news on its official website. The former LOSC resident signed a contract until the end of 2021.
