Former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan has stated that he is unsure whether or not he will run for president in the 2023 general elections.
Jonathan revealed this on Friday when speaking to a group of supporters who had gathered outside his Abuja office, urging him to run for President in 2023.
“I cannot tell if I’m contesting”, He said.
Connectley Naija News reports that hundreds of supporters stormed Jonathan’s office, including women and youth organizations, urging him to run for President in 2023.
Around 8:50 a.m., supporters arrived at the office with a musical band.
They bemoaned the fact that, since he left office, hunger, insecurity, and unemployment, among other things, have become the norm.
Because of the current administration’s unfavorable policies, supporters said that both men and women have become beggars.
