Mino Raiola, a top football agent, is not dead, but he is in critical condition and fighting for his life, according to news released on Thursday.
Raiola, who represents prominent players such as Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Erling Haaland, had surgery in January.
Connectley Naija News recalls that Mino Raiola tweeted in January that he had to undergo routine medical exams that included anaesthetic. He went on to say that the checks were scheduled and that there had been no emergency intervention.
However, recent reports claimed the agent died as a result of an illness that is yet to be revealed.
