Chukwueze’s strike ends Bayern Munich journey in UEFA CL

To assist the Yellow Submarines to reach the UEFA Champions League semifinals, the Super Eagles player scored the most significant goal of his career.

Connectley Naija News recalls Samuel Chukwueze of Nigeria also scored for Villarreal against Barcelona in La Liga at the weekend.

Villarreal knocked Bayern Munich out of the Champions League after a 1-1 draw in the second leg of their quarter-final tie at the Allianz Arena.

The Super-sub Samuel Chukwueze came on in the second half of the game to score the equalizer.

Recall, that Villareal defeated the Bundesliga leader in the first leg of the quarterfinals match(1-1). With the result of the returning match, the game ended with a 2-1 aggregate in favour of Villarreal (Spain).
